I HATE giving feedback like this because it's so annoying to hear. But uhm, the OK button text/icon seems too far to the right, which I think is just an illusion (as I know you measure things perfectly.) Even so, it's quite distracting. For me anyway, but I'm OCD about balance. Nudging 4 to 5 px to the left would be golden.
